Different Versions of Adobo on Chefs on Parade

THE Hotel & Restaurant Association of the Philippines (HRAP) hosted last weekend the 28th edition of the country’s foremost culinary festival and competition.

Chefs On Parade opened at the Mall of Asia SMX Convention Center in Pasay City February 28 with celebrity master chefs local and from abroad, 30 mixology and culinary competitions on both professional and student categories, a 286-booth food trade exhibit. There was a Wine Avenue and an Artisanal and Organic Food Avenue, the LJC Chain Award of Excellence, Free cooking demonstrations and food workshops, and seminars, and other gastronomic-related activities and lots of good food.
